Hi Eric!!

Sounds like you're having a good time. Did your bag come? And I should have figured you'd be learning Romanian already! Do you have a language guide? Matt's team lost the first game this morning 11-9. It was a good game, but they didn't make it to the elite 8. Yankees game in NYC tomorrow. I figure you'll take lots of pictures and I'll have two trips to catch up on when you get back! I'm praying for you guys. Love you, Leah

hey everyone,
aside from the baggage, it sounds like things are going well so far! to everyone on the trip last year, i wish i was there with all of you, and to everyone who's never been to romania, make sure you know the phrase "nu înţeleg româneşte".
cassidy- make sure lief calls the dump truck company prior to leaving for camp (its under transportation in the phonebook and i think you might be able to get group rights this year)

POEM FOR JENNA AND AMY!!

FROM OLAN AND JESSIE

As our flaming passion dwindles
Like a flickering flame
Jenna and Amy
We shall not forget your name

Cheese cake and technology
Meaningless, MEANINGLESS
Without you

When we go to our old lover spot
Under the mango tree
At half past three
we think of thee

WITH A SMOLDERING LOVE
OF TEN THOUSAND TURTLE DOVES
(and a moose)

Like freckles and pie
We miss you guys
We miss you

Hey, Mal~

I KNEW it was you writing as soon as I read "lupper." Yeah, I know, I was suppose to read the cute title you gave your bloggy-ma-jig, but I didn't until after I read the post. I was too interested in hearing about your day. Anyway, have a great time lovin' on others during your trip. Praying for safety, health, and God's engery for all involved. (Remember to pray for Blake--he's near Durban, S. Africa through Aug 10.)

Love to you!

Hey guys!

I'm so happy you all made it there and your bags of course! I'm praying for all of you, and I hope that you guys do some serious work for the Lord while you are there! I know he is shining light on your paths!

Isaiah 60:1

Johnny, Zack, and Malachi- The Bruthahood got cancelled due to tornados and bad weather even though Brett was here...it was a hard decision to make, but the right one I think.

Johnny- Romans 1:16 & Matthew 28:19

Hunter- We need to have a CO trip reunion when you get back. I'm praying for you bro and working diligently on what we talked about in CO. Oh and "Take your shirt off, man up, and DO WORK!"

Lief, Nikki, and Malachi- The shoutout to tootles made me laugh, loving it!

I'm curious to who is Ground Control and who is Major Tum

And idk if you all read Jessie and Olan's poem but I scrolled down to the bottom of the comments and saw a really long one that said anonymous and was starting to scroll back up when I saw it was a poem from olan and jessie and right then I knew I had to read it. It was hilarious, so typical of them! They love you two: Jenna and Amy! Thats exciting!

Anyways...I'm praying for you guys can't wait to read some more blogs! Say hi to everyone for me.

~Thomas

Hey Amy- Mom said you were looking for a GPS. I added one in your backpack before you left. (I also included an extra flashlight, your hiking boots, an extra sleeping bag, king sized air mattress with air compressor, stand by generator, and a couple cases of bottled water.) I wanted to make sure you had everything you needed! :) Not sure how the airline could lose your backpack? Unless they couldn't lift it? Have a great time! We are praying for you and the team! Love you, Dad.

Hi Malachi :)
I am so glad that the first few days in Craiova is treating everyone well.
I remember the People's palace! Remember when Dan asked the tour guide about the people who died building the palace, the tour guide got all flustered and didn't answer the question? anyway, I hope the weather in Craiova isn't so crazy like here in Madison (tornado watches and storm warnings) and God bless! Love you Black Hawk Romanian team 2008 and bless the team of 2010 :)

Malachi, thanks for the post! I love reading what you guys are doing every year and keeping up with you. For those of you I know, I miss you and love you! For those I don't know- you're in my thoughts as well! Hope everything is going well, new relationships are being built, old ones are strengthened, lives are changed, and hearts are transformed! Lots of prayers being sent your way!

Exodus 15:2 "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will praise him— my father’s God, and I will exalt him!"

Love you guys, Elise Niemeyer

Dear Romania Team,

Praying that you will cling to HIM on this homestretch! Finish the race STRONG! "He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."
Sounds like it has been wonderful on the whole. So thankful for the freedom to travel and do all that you are for the cause of Jesus Christ!
Even though I have not "published" I have been PRAYING for you daily! "YOU" means everyone of you!
Last week's bonfire at Picnic Point was amazing! So many students brought their friends. " And they grew in numbers each day!" Hallelujah! Looking very forward to your safe arrival home!

I forgot to leave a name next to my post.

You'll have to guess.
I never met the Hutchinson girls, but my mom was born in Hutchinson, KS. I know that the dad has test driven cars so the girls have a safe vehicle when they return.

My spiritual gift is evangelism. If I could have lunch with anyone it would be Billy Graham, then Ben Stiller ( bet I could convert him...only if the Holy Spirit was willing!)

I was a reigning Miss Wisconsin. j.k.
